  • Enter the 6 digit code provided by the Actia helpdesk in the box below.

  • Click "Connect to technician".

  • When prompted, save the Log Me In Rescue Setup file to your PC.

  • Browse your Downloads folder for Support-LogMeInRescue.exe

  • Execute the file and follow the on screen prompts

  • Once connected, a message window appears and the technician will be able to access your PC.
