When prompted, save the Log Me In Rescue Setup file to your PC.
Browse your Downloads folder for Support-LogMeInRescue.exe
Execute the file and follow the on screen prompts
Once connected, a message window appears and the technician will be able to access your PC.

If you already have TeamViewer installed on your PC, then please provide us with Your ID and Password to allow us remote access.
