Underlining its intent to become a serious player in tachographs Actia SA also developed a conventional paper disk tachograph! Intended initially for the huge Eastern European market this now makes available an alternative and lower cost service replacement for UK fleets.
Actia’s digital tachograph is already being recognised by leading European truck manufacturers as providing a viable alternative and will be seen on certain imports to the UK.
Fleet operators will require service replacements for conventional tachographs for some years to come. New manufactured units at remanufactured prices!
