• Enter the 6 digit code provided by the Actia helpdesk in the box below.
• Click "Connect to technician".
• When prompted, click Run.
• You may be prompted again asking if you want to run the program. If so, click Run.
• After a short delay, a dialogue box opens asking you to accept the request to grant access to your computer. To proceed with the Remote Support session, click OK.
• Once connected, a message window appears and the technician will be able to access your PC.
