ACTIA design engineers work closely with the vehicle manufacturer to ensure that each switch panel design meets the space, functionality and cost requirements of the project.

Multiplexed switch panels enable reduced wiring behind the dashboard and rapid diagnostics and fault finding. Only four wires go in and out of the switch panel (regardless of the number of switches) instead of the typical 50-100 wires on a conventionally wired panel. This increases the reliability and reduces the space required behind the panel.

Using ACTIA's PC-based diagnostics, each switch operation and lamp function can be rapidly confirmed and tested.
