Telematics Customer Support Analyst
Provide technical support and training to Actia's telematics customers
• Data analysis with advanced Microsoft Excel (including use of pivot tables)
• Regular monitoring of telematic system health
• Coordination of set up and maintenance of customer accounts
• Liaison with customers to design and create new reports
• Demonstrably strong IT and numeracy skills essential
• Good communication skills
Quality & Reliability Engineer
To support a wide range of electronic systems supplied to several UK vehicle manufacturers
• Supplier and Customer liaison
• Root cause analysis (RCA) / 8D
• FMEA / MTBF analysis
• Statistical analysis and reporting
• Poka-Yoka, Six Sigma
• ISO 9000 /TS16949 experience
• SQA
Software Engineer
• Linux Kernel, GCC, GNU libraries
• Delphi , Visual C/C++, c#
• Embedded C/C++
• Automotive communication protocols
• Object Orientated programming
• Web based languages; PHP, Javascript, HTML, XML, ASP.NET,
• Network protocols TCP/IP, Sockets
• MySql skills
